1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Taonere TTRPG application (the "Service") operated by LV3 STUDIOS ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register an account using a valid identity provider (e.g., Google or Discord).
- You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use this Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Virtual Goods & Currency
The Service may include virtual items, characters, or currency (collectively, "Virtual Goods"). You acknowledge that:
- Virtual Goods constitute a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use features of our software.
- Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for actual currency.
- We reserve the right to modify, manage, or regulate these Virtual Goods at our sole discretion.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service.
- Using automation tools, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage (cheating/exploiting).
- Harassing, abusing, or harming another person or group within the Service.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service ("DDoS" or server attacks).
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LV3 STUDIOS. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Philippines and foreign countries.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. LV3 STUDIOS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE RELIABILITY OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFIT.
